    The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, open Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

    In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. 
    The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

Students in Mr. Gibbens' Manufacturing classes have been hard at work designing and creating picnic tables for a local business. Yesterday they branded each table with it's company emblem. The tables look awesome. Great job students!

Students in Mr. Gibbens' sixth period Introduction to Manufacturing class have been working on prototypes for benches, spice racks, and picnic tables recently.

Mr. Gibbens' Intro to Manufacturing students built lights today. They designed the fixture themselves and then used Ball mason jars, wood, and fairy lights to create them.

Manufacturing Monday's Club members presented their products and gratitude at the school board meeting Monday night. Great job students!

Sixth grade students from Harrison Elementary School visited Mr. Gibbens' manufacturing class this morning. Our Manufacturing students are helping the Harrison students build carnival games for their upcoming school carnival.
