Express to Go Box Lunch: Turkey Club with smoked turkey breast, lettuce and tomato, mozzarella cheese, and avocado dressing tucked inside whole wheat bread. Multigrain baked Tostitos Scoops, pico de gallo, low-fat applesauce quick bread, and Ice Mountain water. $7.00
We have also made some changes to our menu. New items on Blue Apron's menu include Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta, Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, Rainbow Salad ( A healthy blend of greens, blueberries, goat cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes, and toasted pecans tossed with a house prepared raspberry vinaigrette), and Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing.
