    The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, open Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

    In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. 
    The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

Chef Bragg's Advanced Culinary Arts & Culinary Arts and Hospitality students have been working hard to prepare for the upcoming opening of the Blue Apron Restaurant. The advanced students received their new uniforms, practiced with different bread recipes as a new addition to the menu, and have been helping show the first year students the ropes in the kitchen. Keep checking back for updates regarding the opening date of the restaurant!

Peggy Roulo came to visit the Advanced Culinary Arts students in the Blue Apron today, to teach them a few tips & techniques about what she's learned over the years as "The Cake Lady" of Warsaw. She not only shared her cake decorating skills, but also talked about the business aspect of her life & the importance of building relationships with customers. 

The Warsaw Area Career Center truly appreciates the time Peggy spends investing into our students!

Under the direction of Chef Mo Martinez, the Blue Apron Restaurant proudly presents the following specials:

Soy and honey glazed roasted pork tenderloin. Medallions of tender pork served with pureed Yukon potatoes and fresh asparagus spears.  
$9.00

Spinach Salad with fresh berries, pecans, and goat cheese crumbles with a fresh raspberry vinaigrette.

Soup Du Jour: Chicken Noodle Soup simmered in a traditional stock with egg noodles, carrot rondelles, diced celery, and poached chicken breast.
$3.00 Bowl $2.00 Cup

Dessert Du Jour: White Chocolate Lava Cake.  A miniature confection with a white chocolate center served with raspberry coulis.
 $4.00
