    The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, open Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

    In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. 
    The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

Back by popular demand is Butternut Squash Soup.  A creamy blend of hearty spices simmered with Butternut Squash and finished with toasted nuts.  Cup  $2.50  Bowl $4.00

Express to go Box Lunch contains an Italian Sub; ham, salami, capicola, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, mozzarella cheese and vinegar dressing, Smashed Potato Salad, House Chips, Seven Layer Bar, and Ice Mountain Water.

From the bakery, Oreo Cheesecake, creamy cheesecake filled with Oreo cookie pieces and an Oreo cookie crust. YUM!

Last Friday, our awesome culinary students had the opportunity to serve lunch to WCHS Veteran's Day guest speaker, Thomas Franklin, and other distinguished guests. Mr. Thomas Franklin is an award-winning American Photographer, multimedia journalist, documentary filmmaker, and college professor at Montclair State University who is best known for his iconic flag-raising photograph taken at Ground Zero on September 11, 2001. We were honored to have Mr. Franklin speak to WCHS/WACC students & staff during our Veteran's Day convocation.

The Blue Apron Chef's Whim this week is a Parmesan-crusted Pork Chop:  A center cut,bone-in chop seared, then roasted served with demi-glace, whipped potatoes, and honey glazed carrots.

From the bakery, we will feature Pumpkin Cheesecake:  Presented with fresh whipping cream and toasted pecans. 
$4.00

Also, our chefs have prepared Roasted Parsnip Soup:  Fall spices make this a rich, creamy delight!  $2.00 Cup

Lastly, the Express to Go Box Lunch contains our Chicken Salad Croissant, House Chips, Sour Cream and Cheese Macaroni Salad, a freshly baked Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Ice Mountain Water.
