    The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, opened Tuesday thru Thursday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

    In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. 
    The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

Our Chef would like to invite you to enjoy a traditional Boston baked Scrod, a flaky North Atlantic white fish, topped with buttery cracker crumbs and fresh minced parsley.  Perfectly paired with creamed spinach and tender roasted red potatoes.  $8.00

A hearty New England Clam Chowder is featured as the soup du jour.  A comforting blend of clams, potatoes, and bacon in a cream base.  Cup $3.00 Bowl $4.00
From the bakery we offer a Boston Cream Pie cupcake. A delicate cake filled with pastry cream and topped with chocolate and whipped cream garnish. $3.00
Express to go Box Lunch features an Italian Ciabatta roll with ham, capocollo, and salami all topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and Italian dressing.  Also inside is a smashed red potato salad, House Chips, glazed sugar cookie, and Ice Mountain water.  $7.00
Congratulations to Beth Harris, last week's winner of a beautiful Holiday Poinsettia.  By purchasing a Chef's Special, Soup du jour, and Dessert du jour on separate visits, Beth was randomly chosen to take home the perfect Holiday accent.  The contest continues this week.
Lastly, This week we will only be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 20 and 21.  Enjoy your Holiday break and we will see you when we reopen after the New Year.  Our opening date will be Tuesday, January 17, 2017.

The Blue Apron Restaurant will now be featuring a new set of specials and will be open during normal business hours (11am-1pm) tomorrow and Thursday of this week (12/14-12/15) and only Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week (12/20-12/21). Our students are looking forward to serving you soon!

Blue Apron Contest Opportunity:
The Blue Apron Restaurant will be featuring an opportunity to win a Holiday Poinsettia! Each week leading up to Christmas, we will have a drawing for a chance to win a beautiful Poinsettia. In order to qualify for the drawing, we ask that you purchase one out of a choice of a Chef's Special, a Toffee Pudding Cake, and a Minestrone soup on separate visits to Blue Apron. We will have punch cards to complete, and once your card is full of individual purchases of each item, you will be entered into the contest. Students and staff have returned from Thanksgiving break and we are excited to not only announce our new specials for the next 2 weeks but to also serve you again!

Under the direction of student Chef, Isaac Netzley, the Chef's Special will be pan-fried Pork Schnitzel with a vinegar seasoned, warm fingerling potato salad served with braised mustard greens.

The Soup de Jour will consist of an Autumnal Minestrone featuring pancetta, fennel, Mire Poix vegetables, kale, and white beans.

The dessert temptation will be Sticky Toffee Pudding Cakes: Individual date bread puddings with a caramel sauce.
