Students and staff have returned from Thanksgiving break and we are excited to not only announce our new specials for the next 2 weeks but to also serve you again!
Under the direction of student Chef, Isaac Netzley, the Chef's Special will be pan-fried Pork Schnitzel with a vinegar seasoned, warm fingerling potato salad served with braised mustard greens.
The Soup de Jour will consist of an Autumnal Minestrone featuring pancetta, fennel, Mire Poix vegetables, kale, and white beans.

The dessert temptation will be Sticky Toffee Pudding Cakes: Individual date bread puddings with a caramel sauce.
Express To-Go Box Lunch will consist of Ham and Swiss baguette with lettuce and tomato. Apple Salad, House-made Chips, Ice Mountain Water, and Carrot Muffins.
We will be looking to serve you again beginning tomorrow, November 29 as we resume our normal business hours of 11am-1pm Tuesday-Thursday.
