Poached chicken thigh meat, Andouille Sausage, a Trinity of vegetables, all held together with a dark roux. Garnished with a Spicy Shrimp Cocktail. Served with white rice. Bowl only $6.00 Served Tuesday, February 28 only.
This week our Chef will feature a Chicken Stir Fry. Marinated chicken and fresh crisp vegetables all sauteed in an Oriental glaze. Served with Basmati Rice. $7.00
Soup Du Jour: Coconut Curry, A red Curry and chicken broth seasoned with ginger, garlic, and turmeric. All melded together with coconut milk, potatoes, and a crisp tofu garnish.

Dessert Du Jour: Raspberry cream cheese Coffee Cake. A traditional coffee cake batter infused with raspberry jam and whipped cream cheese.
Express to go Box Lunch: Chicken Caesar wrap. A tomato tortilla surrounding crisp Romaine Lettuce, seasoned roasted chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar Dressing. Served with House Chips, a Mediterranean Farfalle pasta salad, Chocolate Brownie, and Ice Mountain Water.
