The Blue Apron Restaurant will now be featuring a new set of specials and will be open during normal business hours (11am-1pm) tomorrow and Thursday of this week (12/14-12/15) and only Tuesday & Wednesday of the following week (12/20-12/21). Our students are looking forward to serving you soon!
Straight from Student Chef: Ashley Nowanczynski, our Chef's Special will be a traditional Boston baked Scrod, a flaky North Atlantic white fish, topped with buttery cracker crumbs and fresh minced parsley. Perfectly paired with creamed spinach and tender roasted red potatoes.
Soup du Jour will be a hearty New England Clam Chowder- a comforting blend of clams, potatoes, and bacon in a cream base.

Express-To-Go boxed lunches will have an Italian Ciabatta roll (ham, salami, capocollo, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and Italian dressing), house-made chips, a smashed red potato salad, a glazed sugar cookie, and a bottled water.
Dessert du Jour is a Boston Cream Pie Cupcake. A delicate cake filled with a pastry cream filling and topped with a chocolate and whipped cream garnish.
