    The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, open Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.

    In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. 
    The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

Welcome to the 2015-16 school year! We are so excited about the new students we have in The Blue Apron this year. Students and staff have been working hard to create an updated menu and train our new students.

We are pleased to announce that The Blue Apron will be open to the public starting Tuesday, October 27, 2015.
Our hours of operation will be:  Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am-1pm.
The Blue Apron is located right inside the Warsaw Area Career Center doors. 

The featured specials are created by our Culinary II students, and these specials will rotate every 2 weeks among the students. We are so excited to be able to serve you this year. If you have any questions or need to make reservations, please email us at:

We are anxiously awaiting the opening day of the Blue Apron to be announced! Seeing our Advanced Culinary students preparing, learning and practicing is exciting! It will be a great year here in the WACC for the Blue Apron.
