Warsaw FFA Chapter Stands Out at 2017 Indiana FFA State Convention

Ten Warsaw FFA members accompanied by their two advisors, Julie Carrell & Jacob Riley, had the opportunity to attend the 88th Indiana FFA State Convention last week at Purdue University. Students had a wonderful time competing in their individual events, attending general sessions, meeting new FFA members from across the state, and exploring the Purdue Campus. 

The Warsaw FFA Chapter received the Silver Chapter Donor Award and the individual & team award winnings are listed below:

Forestry Team accepted their 4th place plaque
Morgan Smith received 3rd place in Diversified Horticulture Production
Ciara Stout received 3rd place in Agriculture Communications
Hoosier State Degree Recipients: Zach Howard, Morgan Smith, Ciara Stout
Ciara Stout received 2nd place in her Horticulture Demonstration
Morgan Smith was named the new District II President
