I am proud to be a teacher at Warsaw Community High School and the Warsaw Area Career Center. I have been in education 34 years spending time both in the classroom and as a guidance counselor. Encouraging young people to reach their full potential and plan for a successful future is a passion for me.

Students from Culinary Arts work beside Introduction to Culinary Arts students to create various stir fry dishes. The Culinary Arts students were happy to share the skills learned this year and encourage the students in the Introduction class to have a “taste” of things to come as they move through the WACC Culinary Program.

Students in Human Development and Wellness experience a “Marriage Seminar” led by Dena and Kevin Lancaster. The importance of communication skills, teamwork and friendship in a marriage were stressed as students had to work together to accomplish a teamwork activity.

Preparing for College and Careers students express their gratitude to Dr. Hintz for spending his day encouraging them to use their knowledge, skills and technology to change the world for the better. “You Matter” was his inspiring message.
