Students and staff have returned from Thanksgiving break and we are excited to not only announce our new specials for the next 2 weeks but to also serve you again!

Under the direction of student Chef, Isaac Netzley, the Chef's Special will be pan-fried Pork Schnitzel with a vinegar seasoned, warm fingerling potato salad served with braised mustard greens.

The Soup de Jour will consist of an Autumnal Minestrone featuring pancetta, fennel, Mire Poix vegetables, kale, and white beans.
Bowl: $3   Cup: $2

The dessert temptation will be Sticky Toffee Pudding Cakes: Individual date bread puddings with a caramel sauce.

Express To-Go Box Lunch will consist of Ham and Swiss baguette with lettuce and tomato. Apple Salad, House-made Chips, Ice Mountain Water, and Carrot Muffins.

The Blue Apron Restaurant will be featuring new specials beginning tomorrow, November 8th.

Chef's Whim:
Two Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos topped with fresh cilantro, lime wedge, shredded cabbage, and green onion. Garnished with a chipotle crema and paired with Spanish rice.

Soup Du Jour:
Butternut Squash Soup

Dessert Du Jour:
New York Style Cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache and a raspberry coulis.

This will be the final week we are offering the Prime Rib special in the Blue Apron. Our Culinary Arts students have been working very hard to prepare a new special, which will be announced later this week.

The Blue Apron Restaurant is officially open for business! We are now open 11am-1pm Tuesday through Thursday.

The featured special for the next two weeks includes a grilled prime rib accompanied by garlic red mashed potatoes and glazed baby carrots. The pastry team is also offering a baked apple cobbler served with homemade vanilla bean ice cream. A comfort food favorite of broccoli soup is the soup du jour.
