Under the direction of Chef Mo Martinez, the Blue Apron Restaurant proudly presents the following specials:

Soy and honey glazed roasted pork tenderloin. Medallions of tender pork served with pureed Yukon potatoes and fresh asparagus spears.  

Spinach Salad with fresh berries, pecans, and goat cheese crumbles with a fresh raspberry vinaigrette.
$5.00 Whole  $3.00 Half

Soup Du Jour: Chicken Noodle Soup simmered in a traditional stock with egg noodles, carrot rondelles, diced celery, and poached chicken breast.
$3.00 Bowl $2.00 Cup

Dessert Du Jour: White Chocolate Lava Cake.  A miniature confection with a white chocolate center served with raspberry coulis.

Utilizing seven different ways to make pumpkin bread, Culinary students experimented using healthier ingredients and recipes. With only 1 recipe containing the typical ingredients, six other recipes were used to make healthier options like gluten free, cholesterol free, egg free and low fat. After these were all created they then got to do some taste testing. YUM! Starting with the healthier options first, they then made their way through all seven to the typical ingredient version last. This experiment proved that to most when not tasting something packed with the sugars first and instead substituting with healthier ingredients they taste the same!

Chef Zach has put together some of the best ingredients rolled into one burger. This Blue Apron special very well may satisfy just about any burger lovers palate with a:
A juicy, grilled cheeseburger glazed with barbecue sauce, topped with crisp bacon and served with a side of steak fries.
This special will be available until Thursday, March 30th.

Last Friday, 2nd Graders from Washington STEM Academy had the opportunity to visit the Blue Apron and use the herbs they grew in their hydroponic garden to make orecchiette pasta with Italian sausage & rapini.

In Celebration of Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras, Blue Apron will feature a one day only serving of traditional NOLA Gumbo!  Poached chicken thigh meat, Andouille Sausage, a Trinity of vegetables, all held together with a dark roux.  Garnished with a Spicy Shrimp Cocktail.  Served with white rice.  Bowl only $6.00  Served Tuesday, February 28 only.

This week our Chef will feature a Chicken Stir Fry.  Marinated chicken and fresh crisp vegetables all sauteed in an Oriental glaze.  Served with Basmati  Rice.  $7.00

Soup Du Jour:  Coconut Curry, A red Curry and chicken broth seasoned with ginger, garlic, and turmeric.  All  melded together with coconut milk, potatoes, and a crisp tofu garnish.
Cup $2.00 Bowl $3.00

Dessert Du Jour: Raspberry cream cheese Coffee Cake.  A traditional coffee cake batter infused with raspberry jam and whipped cream cheese.

Express to go Box Lunch:  Chicken Caesar wrap.  A tomato tortilla surrounding crisp Romaine Lettuce, seasoned roasted chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar Dressing.  Served with House Chips, a Mediterranean Farfalle pasta salad, Chocolate Brownie, and Ice Mountain Water.
