Chef Bragg's Advanced Culinary Arts students have been working very hard lately to prepare for our Blue Apron Restaurant to open by testing out new recipes. Today they made homemade ice cream. We certainly are looking forward to the Blue Apron opening later next month!

The Cake Lady visited Chef Bragg's Culinary team to teach them the process of baking bread. The students produced three different delicacies from one simple dough!

Advanced Culinary and Culinary students celebrate a great year of learning with a field trip to Indianapolis. Students will have an opportunity to tour the beautiful Culinary program at Ivy Tech. They will receive a behind the scene tour and dine at Fogo de Chao restaurant.

Last of the school year Blue Apron Specials!! Valid 5/3/2016-5/11/16 with Wednesday 5/11/16 being the final day for the school year. 


We are excited to offer this week a grilled Atlantic Salmon filet served with a White Bean Ragout and fresh roasted Asparagus all topped with a creamy Hollandaise sauce. $7.00

Also among our select offerings will be a Mandarin Orange Spinach salad with Feta Cheese, toasted Almonds, Grape Tomatoes, and dried Apricots with a sweetened Vinaigrette. $4.00 whole $2.00 Half

From our Bake Shop will be a Springtime favorite of Shortcake served with Balsamic Strawberries and Whipped Cream. $3.00

Inside the Express Box Lunch will be a Turkey Caprese Sandwich - Ciabatta Roll, seasoned Turkey breast, fresh Mozzarella cheese, vine ripened tomatoes, Olive Oil, cracked Black Pepper and Sea Salt, and fresh Basil- House Chips, Broccoli Salad, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Ice Mountain Water. $7.00

Lastly, our final day to be open for the scholastic year will be Wednesday, May 11. Look for Blue Apron samples at the Fine Arts Open House from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on May 12th in the PAC Commons.

Blue Apron Specials for 4/19-4/28/16

Chef Special:  Chicken Piccata- Sauteed Caper and Lemon Chicken Cutlet, seasoned with thyme and garlic. On a bed of Orzo Rice Pilaf with a side of buttered Asparagus. $6

Chef Special Soup: Split Pea Soup- Split Peas soaked in a pork-enriched broth with bacon and ham. Along with a small assortment of veggies. $2 cup/3 bowl

Dessert Special:
 Raspberry cream cheese Coffee Cake- A golden brown crust with a cream cheese filling infused with raspberry preserves and topped with roasted sliced almonds. $4

Box Lunch:
Pepper Bacon  BLT Sandwich with Avocado and Roasted Yellow Tomatoes
