Blue Apron Now Open: Specials for this Week!
Happy New Year! The Blue Apron Restaurant is now open (11am-1pm Tuesday- Thursday) & our culinary students are ready to serve you. Our featured specials for the week are listed below:
Chef Special: Garlic seasoned Chicken Breast. A lightly breaded, tender chicken breast perfectly seasoned with fresh garlic and pan seared to a golden brown. Served with sauteed zucchini and baked potato.
Soup du jour: Lemon Rice. A refreshingly light broth of chicken and lemon paired with long grain white rice and fresh parsley.
Cup $2.00 Bowl $3.00
Dessert du jour: Rice Pudding. Classic Arborio Rice simmered with whole milk, cream, eggs,vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.
Express to go Box Lunch: Corned Beef on Rye. Stacked corn beef layered with provolone cheese and a crisp slaw. Served with macaroni salad, House Chips, M & M cookie bar, and Ice Mountain Water.
