Celebrating National CTE Month: Student Highlight- Kylee Gudeman
Kylee Gudeman is a current senior here at WCHS/WACC. In addition to her current Internship with Mrs. Ross, she's taken many WACC classes, including Intro to Housing & Interior Design, Principles of Marketing, & Preparing for College & Careers.

During her free time, Kylee enjoys Bible studies, sewing, baking, photography, crafting, painting, drawing, & playing the piano & flute. She also is involved in Fellowship for Christian Athletes, National Honors Society, cross country, theater productions, and teaching children's ministry at Fellowship Baptist Church. She also runs a small specialty cake business out of her home.

Kylee has always been a high-honor roll student, is in the top 5% of her class, and is an academic athlete. She received the most improved actress award her freshman year of One Acts and has earned several gold medals at ISSMAS competitions for piano.

Upon graduation, Kylee plans to attend either Grace College or Taylor University to major in either counseling or social work, with a minor in Biblical studies. She hopes to work in the field of advocacy and potentially go overseas for mission work.

Congrats, Kylee, and thanks for allowing us to feature you on the blog today. We are so proud of you!

From Mrs. Ross: Thank you, Light Rail Cafe and Chrissy Hostetler, for giving my Intern Kylee Gudeman the hands-on experience of what it takes to be an entrepreneur in the baking field (and yes! Those desserts were as delicious as they look!).
