Nontraditional CTE Student Highlight: Olivia Creekmore
For the next few weeks, we will be highlighting our students who are considered non-traditional. A 'non-traditionalCTE student is considered one who is pursuing a career or technical education program related to an occupation which employs less than 25% of their gender.

Olivia Creekmore is a junior here at Warsaw Community High School/Warsaw Area Career Center and is in our Welding Technology program with Mr. Morr. Previously she has taken Intro to Manufacturing & Intro to Construction here in the WACC. Olivia decided to take these classes because she has always enjoyed building things & learning how they are made. Olivia also says that when she was younger, she would always help her dad fixing things in the garage & enjoyed it. Olivia is proud to have already obtained her MIG Welding Certification & plans to attend a trade school upon high school graduation to continue her welding education. Congrats, Olivia! We are proud of you & appreciate you allowing us to feature you on the blog today!
