The Warsaw Building Trades classes recently hosted an open-house to show off the house the spent this school year building. Under the direction of their instructor, Eric Taylor, thirteen students built this home for local Warsaw resident, Trent Smith, in Cherry Creek Manor. This year's Building Trades students were: Seth Conley, Nicolas Dorman, Ruben Esparza, Chase Hamilton, Zachary Howard, Ian Jones, Elian Mejia, Frank Porraz, Tomas Rivera, Hunter Scott, Brady Stout, Juan Tepo and Cole Wooldridge. These students not only learned skills in roofing, painting, concrete, siding and more, but also earned dual credit through Ivy Tech Community College. Many of them will be graduating this week with more than 15 college credits!
Congratulations to our students on a job well done and to Trent and his soon-to-be-wife, Meredith Hollar, on their beautiful new home!
