Ms. Bassett's Intro to Culinary students had the opportunity to learn from Chef Bragg's Advanced Culinary students today during 6th period as they practiced cutting, serving, & displaying fruit. The students not only learned how to properly cut pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe but also sharpened their knife/cutting skills as well.

Ms. Bassett's Intro to Culinary Arts students took advantage of the longer class period because of our block schedule yesterday and baked homemade cinnamon rolls. Yum!
