The Warsaw Area Career Center recently received a $1000.00 grant from DuPont Pioneer for their continued implementation of the Curriculum for Agriculture Science Education (CASE curriculum). The funds will provide Warsaw Area Career Center and the Warsaw Agriculture Department with the supplies and resources needed to help with professional development training for the CASE Principles of Agriculture Science- Animals curriculum. This curriculum continues the hands-on approach while furthering STEM integration into agriculture courses. The WACC would like to thank Clunette Elevator for their continued support of the Warsaw Agriculture Department & FFA Chapter.

WACC Work Based Learning Co-Op students and Washington STEM Academy students had the opportunity to collaborate in teams on Friday to see who could build the largest freestanding structure out of marshmallows.  What a fun time it was to see STEM and teamwork in action in multi-age groups!
