Every company has a story to tell (Marketing) just like every student in my Marketing classes has a story to tell. The students created their own 'story' board in my room to express ( and market) their story.
Chef Bragg's Advanced Culinary students are preparing for the opening of their restaurant, the Blue Apron, by practicing with different cheesecake recipes. Students not only prepared Oreo cheesecake & a traditional New York style cheesecake, but also tried various toppings, decorations, & stylings with raspberry coulis, chocolate syrups, mint leaves (from our WACC Courtyard Garden!), and whipped cream. They all looked delicious & beautiful!
Mrs. Carmichael's Fashion & Textiles students recently made pillows for the Warsaw Early Learning Academy children to use in their reading center & at naptime. As you can see, the WELA kiddos were super excited to receive these awesome pillows & we are very grateful to have such giving students in the WACC!
Between serving at the Young McDonalds Barn at the Kosciusko County Community Fair in July, having fun on their rewards trip at Deep River Waterpark before school started, & helping with the Tom Farms Appreciation Supper this month- The Warsaw FFA Chapter has been very busy recently. The officer team members have been working hard lately to plan & prepare for upcoming activities as well.
