The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, open Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.
In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
In addition to our weekly specials and the full menu, the Blue Apron Restaurant will have an extra feature today, Wednesday, February 14.
Valentine’s Day Special: An inclusive meal of a small Caesar salad, Chicken Parmesan layered in a House prepared pasta and marinara served with roasted Brussels sprouts. Accompanied by freshly baked bread. $8.00 (No substitutions please.)
