The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant, opened Tuesday thru Thursday from 11:00 – 1:00 pm.
In the French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for “student in training.” Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
Ten Warsaw FFA members accompanied by their two advisors, Julie Carrell & Jacob Riley, had the opportunity to attend the 88th Indiana FFA State Convention last week at Purdue University. Students had a wonderful time competing in their individual events, attending general sessions, meeting new FFA members from across the state, and exploring the Purdue Campus.
The Warsaw FFA Chapter received the Silver Chapter Donor Award and the individual & team award winnings are listed below:
Forestry Team accepted their 4th place plaque Morgan Smith received 3rd place in Diversified Horticulture Production Ciara Stout received 3rd place in Agriculture Communications Hoosier State Degree Recipients: Zach Howard, Morgan Smith, Ciara Stout Ciara Stout received 2nd place in her Horticulture Demonstration Morgan Smith was named the new District II President

Warsaw FFA Members have been hard at work preparing the Young McDonald's Barn for the fair. Be sure to come see our members and learn more about agriculture at the Kosciusko County Fair, July 10th-13th!
The Warsaw FFA Chapter recently held it's first meeting since electing their new officer team. Topics of discussion included the recent success of the Spring Banquet, Young McDonald's Barn preparation, State Convention, and many other summer activities. Once the meeting concluded, members not only enjoyed a cookout including hot dogs, chips, & desserts but also had fun playing many yard games together.
Engineering Technology/Project Lead the Way students were recently were honored for their top achievements during the EDD Showcase in the Performing Arts Center. Several students had the opportunity to present the projects they'd been working on all school year. Following the presentations cookies & punch were provided. Great job students!
