Automation & Robotics students designed & built a Vex motorcycle. They tested their design by racing their motorcycles 2 laps in the gym. In 5th period, Isaac Eberly & Aaron Murdock won!

On Friday, April 22, the Engineering/Technology Department hosted it's 3rd Annual Vex Exhibition Tournament in the Career Center Gym.  This year's game was Involution.  Twenty-nine teams competed.  Schools represented include: Pioneer High School, Urey Middle School, Carroll High School, Plymouth Middle School, Lakeview Middle School, Edgewood Middle School, Washington STEM School, & Warsaw Area Career Center.  

   The tournament champions were 2 teams from Carroll High School & 1 team from Warsaw Area Career Center.  The team from WACC was Joel Light, Cole Williamson, & Derrick Backus. Congratulations!!!! (See Picture 1 below)

   The tournament runner-up champions were 2 teams from WACC & Pioneer High School.  The WACC team of Fresh Princes' were Jacob Rucker, Max Engle, & Matt Marshall.  The WACC team of The Group 35 consisted of Steven Vlot, Aaron Murdock, & Dakota LeCount. (See main blog picture)

  The Community Service Award went to Washington STEM School. (See Picture 2 below)

Canned food collected from the tournament registration will be donated to Kosciusko County Combined Community Services.

Automation & Robotic students are working on testing their programs on the Vex test beds.
