Warsaw Students Excel at BPA Regional Competition, 30 Qualify for State

WARSAW, IN - Warsaw students delivered an impressive showing at the Business Professionals of America (BPA) Regional Competition, with 30 students qualifying for the BPA State Leadership Conference. Among those qualifiers, three students earned State spots in multiple events and several others placed as State reserves (should additional openings become available). Students competed across a wide range of BPA events including accounting, finance, business law, technology, health administration, digital media and presentations.
During the Small Business Management Team event, Warsaw teams earned both 1st and 2nd place. The second-place Warsaw team finished just half a point behind the winning team and outperformed all other schools. BPA competition rules allow only one team per school to advance in team events, preventing the second Warsaw team from advancing to State despite their exceptional performance.
