Chef Special – Pork Ramen $8 (Not Avaiable Tues, March 17)
Rich and comforting bone broth served over tender rice noodles, topped with slices of port, a soft boiled egg, homemade kimchi, green onions and sesame seeds.
Soup du Jour – Jambalaya Cup $3 / Bowl $4
A southern inspired bowl with andouille sausage and tender chicken, simmered in a rich tomatoe sauce, with mixed peppers for a touch of sweetness and heat.
Salad du Jour – Apple Spinach Salad $8
This spinach salad features apples, red onion, walnuts, dried canberries, and goat cheese, all topped with a apple cider vinaigrette.
Cheesecake du Jour – Stawberry Cheesecake $7
Our New Youk style cheesecake has rich and creamy filling set in a graham cracker crust, and topped with a strawberry glaze.
Dessert du Jour – Strawberry Shortcake Cake $4
A layer cake featuring all the flavors of a classic strawberry shortcake. Vanilla cake is layered with whipped cream frosting and juicy strawberries.

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.

In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.

The Blue Apron is located in the Warsaw Area Career Center.
