Chef Special – Chicken and Waffles $8
Two hand breaded chicken tenders, fried and served on a fluffy, made from scratch waffle. Served with a side of Frank’s Red Hot maple syrup.
Dessert du Jour – Chocolate Strawberry Cake $4
Three layers of moist, rich chocolate cake, layered with homemade strawberry jam and strawberry cream cheese frosting, and finished with strawberries. This dessert balances a deep cocoa flavor with bright, fruity sweetness.
Cheesecake du Jour – Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake $7
A buttery graham cracker crust supports a smooth, ultra-creamy cheesecake filling infused with a hint of lemon and swirls of sweet strawberry rhubarb compote, adding bursts of fresh, tangy fruit in every bite.

The Blue Apron is a student-run full-service restaurant.
If there is a school delay we will still be open, but if school is canceled, we will also be closed.
ADVANCED CULINARY ARTS
In French cuisine, the color of an apron worn by the staff denotes the level of mastery. The Blue Apron is known for it's “student in training” approach. Our students are receiving both high school and college credit while enrolled in the program.
The Blue Apron is located in the Warsaw Area Career Center.
